| Breeding Barn
Set aside from the main area the breeding barn is one of the best of it's kind. It is split into two sections, the studs and the broodmares. They get the best of care and all are exercised every day.

| Training Barn
this is the oldest barn on the property. It is all that stands of the original Snow Thaw Stables. This is where you can find the horses that the Martins' are training. Generally young they are all beautiful horses.

| The Main Barn
Out of the three barns this is the biggest and best. It is also closest to the arenas, pastures, parking lot, and the main house.

| The Facilities
All the riding areas and training stuff can be found here. Including a hot walked and a round pen.

| Pastures
There is a half acre pasture for up to 25 horses spreading around the barn. In the back there is a 20 acre pasture for the brood mares in the summer.

Come here to go shopping. You can find everything you need here.

You can have an apartment or even a small home. not needed if you are under 17.

| West River Hospital
The local hospital. Most people come here but if it is really bad you will be flown to another hospital.

| West River Grill
One of the only places to get food except at the food quart at the mall. It has good food though and is fairly inexpensive.

a nice place to relax and hang out with friends. It is pet friendly although you must clean up your mess.
